Entry Fee: $35.00 – Includes Miss Personality, Miss Photogenic, Prettiest Smile & Prettiest Eyes (If you have several children competing there will be a $5.00 discount)

Rules apply to age divisions 0-12 Years

∙ Pageant is open to all states and surrounding areas.

∙ Dress type is your choice. This may consist of Sunday best to pageant attire. Judges will be asked to judge attire equally but your dress should be age appropriate.

∙ Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. The Pageant Director reserves the right to disqualify a contestant, parent, or guest if their behavior is inappropriate.

∙ By signing the contestant application, you hereby give your permission to use photographs for publicity, news articles or other pageant purposes.

 ∙ All judges’ decisions are final!

∙ Score sheets will NOT be returned.

Entry Fees are due October 18TH.   Entries will also be accepted through email & the mail. The pageant will be held on Saturday, October 22ND starting at 11:00 p.m. This will be at the Mathias Schoolhouse in Mathias, WV. ******************************************************************************
