Jim Thorpe Athletic changes:

The boys soccer game from 10/14 with Catasauqua has been rescheduled to This Saturday 10/21

Varsity 10:00 and JV 11:30

The boys soccer team will be playing in the Schuylkill League Semi final game against Williams Valley on Tuesday October 17th. The game will be played at Lehighton at 5:00pm

Panther Valley athletics:

2nd Annual Panther Valley Veterans Appreciation Game         

 

Panther Valley JROTC and Panther Valley Athletics Department invite all Carbon and Schuylkill County Veterans Service organizations and their members to attend the 2nd annual Panther Valley Veterans Appreciation Game Panther Valley vs Mahanoy Area on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Panther Valley Stadium.  All veterans’ organizations and veterans in attendance will be recognized with a special pre-game ceremony starting at 6:45 pm.  Veteran organizational colors, commander and members are asked to arrive at the stadium by 6:00 pm to allow for flag holding rehearsal and massing of colors. Veterans attending the game will be asked to join JROTC Cadets to hold the American flag during the National Anthem.  

 

Panther Valley JROTC Cadets take pride in the special relationship they have with local veterans and veterans’ organizations.  They want to take time recognize the positive impact veterans have on our community and in their lives.  The Cadets look forward to seeing you Friday, October 20, 2017.
