My dear friend!

Thank you f. letters. Just coming from the Salon, had the list of the “suggested persons” shown to me at the office, and I already saw your name printed, P. de László.

The General Assembly will only take place on 8 June, between 4th and 8th of June all the voters have to control the list on the basis of the works shown, before they vote on the 8th.^[1]

My brother-in-law, His Excellency Mataja^[2] will go to London on the 8th of June on an official mission for [Austria] and his wife will await him here with us in Paris. On the evening of the 8th I will send you a telegram.

Danke f. Briefe. Komme ich soeben aus d. Salon, liess mich im Secretariat die Druckliste d. „Vorgeschlagenen“ zeigen, und las Dich bereits gedruckt P. de László.

Die General Versammlung ist erst am 8. Juni v. 4–8 Juni müssen alle Wähler die Liste controllieren auf Grund der ausgestellten Werke, bevor sie am 8ten stimmen.

Mein Schwager Exzellenz Mataja fährt am 8. Juni nach London in offizieller Mission für [Österreich], und seine Gattin wird ihn bei uns in Paris erwarten. Am 8ten Abend telegraphiere ich Dir.
