▶轉生欠債事件
事件最初:
うさめぃ轉生前未將自己的事情處理好，直接轉生，導致被欠債人找不到人，只能找其Ｖ帳號，底下也出現很多被拖欠款項的受害者出現。
很神奇的一夜之間款項全部處理完畢，原本這個事件到這裡就結束了。
結果他把要求解決拖欠款項的留言發布至推特，並且發文說：「是被欠款人惡意外流中之人資訊，而且並沒有把被欠債人的名字消除」。
註:轉生為V圈術語，意指放棄原有身分(例如實況主身分)，轉生成為Vtuber，或是保持原有身份但新增了VT的複數身分。本文所指放棄原VT身分，重新出道。
2021/08/03更新
一開始跟うさめぃ交易找不到她所以發文找人，結果卻被遭うさめぃ公審的苦主加碼爆料。
原以為事件已經結束，うさめぃ後續要求苦主要幫自己發一篇澄清文。
うさめぃ要求苦主不要留下任何提到她的名字的截圖或文字，苦主也答應了。
沒想到後續開始有人表示「苦主動用網路資源霸凌うさめぃ」或是「苦主沒有幫うさめぃ澄清」等等的不實言論，造成苦主長期被人誤會，多次解釋無果。
同時，被うさめぃ拿來販售並自稱是自己手做的衣服的作品，實際上是拿其他工作室的成品去做販售。
例如:Ａ跟うさめぃ訂做衣服，うさめぃ接單跑去找別的工作室訂做，然後再假裝成自己的作品並販售給Ａ，苦主爆料至少兩家工作室受害。
うさめぃ自己接單找工作室訂做的東西出問題，うさめぃ也不敢跟客人說是另外找工作室定做的，於是直接封鎖客人。
之前發文找人的苦主也是，うさめぃ一開始並沒有跟苦主提到是另外找工作室訂做，一直到事後很久才跟苦主說。
並且是工作室跟苦主聯絡後，雙方才知道從頭到尾工作室跟苦主都被蒙在鼓裡。
今天要是苦主沒有一直堅持找到うさめぃ，她甚至不會承認自己是另外找工作室。

▶Debt and Reincarnation
The initial incident:
ぅさめぃdid not handle her affairs before reincarnation (changing accounts and names). Which led the creditors being unable to contact her in person, only having the Vtuber account available to contact. A lot of victims who ぅさめぃowed money from also came forth to make their claims.
Miraculously, all payments were cleared within a single night, which is where the story should have ended.
But ぅさめぃ posted a tweet about the settlement of her debt, she said, “The creditor posted her personal information with malicious intentions.” They went on posting the victim’s information without blurring it.
P.S.: Reincarnating in the Vtuber world means to discard their original identity and become a Vtuber, or to keep their original identity but having another identity as a Vtuber. The reincarnation in this issue means to discard their original Vtuber identity and create a new one to debut.
2021/08/03 update:
At the beginning of the transaction with うさめぃ, the other party couldn’t find her so they posted an article in order to contact her. But instead they got accused by うさめぃ and got set a public trial.
The victim broke the news about うさめぃ and everyone thought the incident was over. うさめぃ then requested the victim to make a clarification article. うさめぃwanted the victim to erase everything that included her including screenshots and texts, the victim agreed.
But no one expected the following. Some people claimed “The victim used online resources to bully うさめぃ.”, “The victim didn’t help うさめぃ to clear her name.” etc. Which was all untrue, causing the victim to be misunderstood for a long time and being unable to explain the situation at all.
At the same time, clothes that うさめぃ sold and claimed to be made by her, turns out to be products of other studios.
Example: A commissioned a custom outfit from うさめぃ, うさめぃplaced the commission at another studio and sold the finished work to A, pretending to be hers. The victim broke the news that at least two studios were victimized.
When mistakes and problems occurred through the commission process, うさめぃ did not dare to tell the client that the work was done by another studio and instead blocked the client directly.
The victim who posted the article looking for うさめぃ also fell for the trap, they never knew until long after うさめぃ admitted it.
When the studio and the victim contacted each other, only then they knew the transaction was all through うさめぃ and not direct. Both were fooled thinking the commission was done by / taken by うさめぃ.
If the victim didn’t insist on contacting うさめぃ, she wouldn’t have admitted that the commission works weren’t done by her.

そしてうさめぃは自分で作ったと主張する洋服などを販売し、Aやうさめぃカスタムメイドの洋服など他のスタジオの完成品を販売し、うさめぃは注文を受けて他のスタジオを探しに走りました。自分の作品を装って注文してAに売る被害者は、少なくとも2つのスタジオが被害を受けたというニュースを伝えた。
うさめぃは注文を受けてスタジオに何かおかしいものを注文するように頼んだが、うさめぃはあえて注文するのは別のスタジオだと顧客に言わず、直接顧客をブロックした。
以前に彼女を投稿した被害者も、うさめだったぃ私は彼女に服が別のスタジオで作られているとは言いませんでした。私はそれを認めませんでした。
スタジオが被害者に連絡した後、スタジオが真実を知らないことを知りました。
被害者はうさめぃを見つけることを主張しませんでした、彼女はまだ完成品が実際に別のスタジオによって作られていることを認めていません。

“莉莉絲”這個帳號跟以前的“Cos”的帳號是同一個。
版主或是其他有交易糾紛的人顯示的也都是轉生之後的Ｖ帳號。並不是他們有意去挖什麼中之人，而是うさめぃ完全沒換帳號，要找就只能找到她現在顯示的帳號。

她(うさめぃ)的推特以及IG都是使用原本的帳號，只是有刪文處理。並且在推特上以“繪師媽媽”與“莉莉絲”是兩個人的身份進行互動。然而是實際上都是同一個人...。

The account "Lilith" is the same as the previous "Cosplay" account.
The moderator and others who have issues withうさめぃshown that both accounts are the same, before she reincarnated as a Vtuber. They did not dig and find information of the middleman, but instead it was うさめぃ who did not change her account at all, thus they are able to locate her current account.
If you want to find it, you are only able to find the account she shows now.
Additional Information 2
さめぃ’s Twitter and Instagram are both using the original account she has, only that she has deleted the tweets and posts. The “Artist (Mother)” and “Lilith” on Twitter which interact with her current account seems to be different people. But in reality, they are actually all the same person.

▶劍聖&魔乃抄襲事件
事件最初:
うさめぃ還是莉莉絲的身分時，某次直播繪製自己的哥哥角色設定。直播中直接貼了劍聖萊茵哈魯特的圖片在旁邊照抄，被人說「這等於抄襲」時，她與之爭論並堅稱自己沒有抄襲。
後續うさめぃ宣稱自己有致電「代理商」，並宣稱「代理商表示沒有抄襲」，卻拿不出致電代理商的證據。
之後又對外解釋都是說她是致電「作者」，過了幾天她對外的解釋從「不承認抄襲」變成她「只是過渡參考劍聖」的設定，並沒有如她之前說的有發布過任何道歉文。
註:「萊茵哈魯特」是動畫Re:從零開始的異世界生活(又稱Re0)裡的一個知名角色，其聲優為中村悠一。在動畫中擁有極為強大的能力卻不是主角的一個人氣角色。
後來被抓到連自己形象立繪的骨架都是描圖Re0的EMT(愛蜜莉亞)。然而うさめぃ自己對外解釋是「她模仿該繪師的畫風很久，所以骨架很像是正常的」。
然而照常理來說，即便是模仿也不可能接近一模一樣，甚至兩個角色形象還有辦法重合。據不少繪師表示，這是不可能辦到的。
剛出道時的個人形象設計也抄襲了Vtuber「魔乃」跟終結的熾天使「克魯魯」。
然而她堅稱「兩者不像所以不是抄襲」。
註:魔乃曾為Hololive所屬五期生之Vtuber，現已從Cover畢業。
▶Reinhard & Mano Aloe Plagiarism
The initial incident:
When うさめぃ was still Lilith, she drew her brother's character design during a live broadcast.
In the live broadcast, she directly placed a picture of Reinhard van Astrea (Sword Saint from Re:Zero) and copied it. People commented saying “This is plagiarism.”, but うさめぃ argued with the audience, claiming she did not plagiarise.
Afterwards うさめぃ claims she has contacted the “authorized distributor” and said “They said that she has not plagiarise in any form.”. But うさめぃ failed to provide evidence of the conversation nor proof that she has contacted the distributors.
うさめぃlater explained that she contacted the “author”, and yet a few days later her explanation from “Did not plagiarize” turned into “Was heavily inspired by Reinhard’s design”. うさめぃdid not post any form of apology of the issue as she claims she has.
Note:Reinhard van Astera is a Sword Saint and a member of the royal guard in an animation named Re:Zero - Starting Life in another world (Also known as Re:0). His seiyuu (Voice actor) is Yuichi Nakamura (なかむらゆういち). Reinhard has a major role in the anime but is not part of the main characters.
Afterwards, うさめぃ was caught that the base of her Vtuber model was traced directly from Re:Zero’s Emilia. But the explanation that うさめぃ was that “She studied and imitated Re:Zero’s style for a long time, hence it’s normal that both bases are similar.”
But to be honest, even if one imitates a style, it’s impossible for both bases to be exactly the same. Even having both bases being able to line up together. A lot of artists agree that it’s impossible.
When she first started her career as a Vtuber, her character design seemed similar to Mano Aloe (A graduated 5th generation Vtuber from HoloLive) and Krul Tepes (Character from Seraph of the End).
But うさめぃ insisted that “both are not the same so it’s not copying / plagiarising.”

彼女が最初にデビューしたときのキャラクターデザインも、Vtuberの「マノン」とセラフィムの「クルル」の終わりをコピーしましたが、彼女はそれがそれのように見えないと主張したので、盗作ではありません。

▶威脅告人事件
事件最初:
在發生抄襲事件之後，與うさめぃ相關的匿名貼文在匿名版開始快速增加，うさめぃ自己處理不了，開始威脅說要告人，並以此要求匿名版的小編不可以過審任何與她相關的文，但其實うさめぃ根本拿不出任何可以告人的證據跟相關文件。
之後うさめぃ開始在她的臉書跟推特發文將自己包裝成受害者。
並且非常篤定別人就是要陷害她，但對外又不說明清楚事件的緣由，讓自己變成真真正正的受害者。
而後發現『莉莉絲』這個身分已經黑到不行，便打算重生成另一個身分，卻還是被抓到。
一開始うさめぃ否認該帳號就是自己，但她的畫風時在過於容易分辨，所以又發文說「大家都不給她改過的機會跟時間」

うさめぃ轉生成Ｖ之前的身分是cosplayer，但是在Ｃ圈也有過多次爭議。
每一次爭議之後她也是說「自己會改過」，但每一次卻都是在朋友背後捅刀，所以她在Ｃ圈基本上是不受歡迎的。
2021/08/06更新
起因是うさめぃ把自己的DC群無預警解散，並宣稱之後會再開另一個群組。
苦主因為曾是群組中的一員所以好奇去詢問，卻被うさめぃ發到另外一個群公審。
於是苦主之後就在靠北版發文靠北，結果うさめぃ發現苦主在靠北版上的文之後便以「苦主在抹黑她」為由要求苦主要在公開版面跟她道歉，否則就要提告苦主。

▶Threatening to Sue Others
The initial incident:
After the plagiarism incident, anonymous posts about うさめぃ began to increase rapidly. うさめぃcouldn’t handle it herself and began to threaten that she would sue them. She used the same reasoning to request the editor to not allow any anonymous post about / related to her. But in fact, うさめぃwas unable to uphold any evidence nor documents that could be used to sue people.
Later on うさめぃ started posting on Facebook and Twitter, acting as the victim. She was very sure that others wanted to hurt her, but she did not want to explain the cause of the incidents to anyone. Making it look like she is the victim of everything.
うさめぃdiscovered that her identity “Lilith” was too irredeemable, thus decided to create another identity though was also found out.
At first, うさめぃ denied that that account was hers. But because her artstyle was recognisable, people found out it was the same person. うさめぃ made a post saying “No one would give her the opportunity nd time to change.”

うさめぃ was a cosplayer before turning into Vtuber, but had too many controversies within the cosplay community.
After each dispute, she said that “I will change”
But she still stabbed her friends behind their back now and then, hence she is basically unwelcome within the cosplay community.
2021.8.6 Update
Reason for the threatening incident was that うさめぃ disbanded her Discord Server without warning and announced that she would reopen a new Discord Server later on.
The victim was a former member of the chat and was curious, so they asked うさめぃ about the disbandment. But うさめぃ posted the questioning and stood a public trial without reasoning.
Hence the victim made an anonymous post, protesting about it. うさめぃ found out and requested the victim to apologize publicly for protesting, using the reason “The victim is slandering her.” or else うさめぃ would sue her.

うさめぃはVtuberに切り替える前はコスプレイヤーでしたが、論争が多すぎました。喧嘩をするたびに変わると言っていたが、後ろで友達を傷つける度にコスプレ界では基本的に人気がなかった。

うさめぃが突然DCグループを解散し、後で再開すると言ったためです。記者は、彼が元メンバーだったので尋ねたくて、別のグループに送られました。うさめぃによる裁判。内部告発者がそれを知った後、匿名版に苦情を投稿した結果、匿名ページの苦い主の記事が内部告発者を理由として彼女の信用を傷つけていることを発見しました。内部告発者に公開ページで彼女に謝罪するように頼んだ、さもなければ彼は啓示を報告するだろう。

▶畢業轉生與諷刺蹭資源事件
事件最初:
在經過莫約３個月左右的時間，うさめぃ宣稱「因為經常被人匿名靠北所以受不了打算畢業」。
在這之前うさめぃ自己也私底下透漏覺得台Ｖ圈爛，但一方面又不斷在台Ｖ圈的社團與ＤＣ蹭資源。

うさめぃ在當Cosplayer時也曾經說過台灣Ｃ圈很爛，結果依然在台灣Ｃ圈的社團上面賣寫真集蹭資源。
過去曾說自己不是Ｃ圈的人，結果為了賣寫真集又說自己是Cosplayer。家人生病時，藉機販賣自己的寫真集，宣稱是要湊醫療費。

在她畢業之後，有個自稱她家人的人發文表示「うさめぃ有很嚴重的精神病，因為Ｖ圈的事件讓她的病更嚴重」，並且不斷在推特表示別人就是要她死等等負面情緒文。
沒多久うさめぃ就在推特表示她的頻道有朋友接手，連皮也有人接，後續那位所謂的「朋友」開了繪圖直播。
然而由於莉莉絲的畫風過於容易辨認，馬上被抓包是うさめぃ。起初うさめぃ堅稱那不是她，之後於推特上面表示想重新出道。有人提出「可以開變聲器」，不過莉莉絲說已經開過並且容易被抓出來。
在うさめぃ表示想要重新出道之後不久，那位所謂的「朋友的推特」就鎖起來了，而當初繪製的那張ＶT形象圖也變成うさめぃ畫的。

The initial incident:
After three months or so, うさめぃ claimed that “She could not stand often being denigrate others anonymously and plan to graduate.”
Before that, うさめぃalso privately revealed that she thinks the Taiwanese Vtuber Community is terrible, but at the same time she keep freeloading off the Taiwanese Vtuber Community though groups and Discord servers.

When うさめぃ was a cosplayer, she once said that “Taiwan’s cosplay community is terrible”. But still she still cosplayed and sold photo books, freeloading off the cosplay community.
In the past うさめぃ said she’s not part of the cosplay community, but in order to sell her photo books, she claimed to be a cosplayer.
Taking the opportunity of her sick family members, she sold her photo books, saying she wants to collect medical fees.

After she graduated, a person who claimed to be her family member made a post saying that “うさめぃ is mentally ill, and because of the incidents within the Vtuber community, it made her even more sick.”. They kept on tweeting claiming that others wanted her to die and other negative comments.
It didn’t take long for うさめぃ to post on twitter saying that her channel was taken over by a “friend”, and even the character design was taken over. Later, the so-called “friend” started a livestream drawing.
But because that the art style was easy to recognise, people immediately knew it was うさめぃ.
At first うさめぃ insisted it wasn’t her (again), and made a tweet saying she wants to redebut.
Someone suggested that she could use a voice changer but うさめぃ said she tried and was easily caught.
Not long after うさめぃ expressed that she wanted to redebut, the so-called “friend”’s twitter was locked and the drawing made during the live stream became a drawing made by うさめぃ.

事件最初:
在うさめぃ還是莉莉絲的身分時，曾用自己的Ｖ帳號販售Dollfie Dream娃，然而在販售文中沒有提及娃頭貨源非屬官方，並且販售價格比官方頭更加昂貴。
被Dollfie Dream娃社團的人提醒之後才進行修改，然而本人在自己Ｖ帳上面的販售文卻沒有進行修改。
依然繼續販賣非正版來源的Dollfie Dream娃，並對外宣稱是絕版品。

The initial incident:
When うさめぃ was still "Lilith", she used her Vtuber account to sell Dollfie Dream dolls.
But she did not mention that the doll was a knockoff and priced the items even more expensive than official ones.

1.時常攻擊他人之後就自刪留言，呈現不負責任之舉。
2.不具誠信，其宣稱自己在C圈的人氣很高，只是自刪粉專而已。然而事實與之大相逕庭。
3.時常宣稱自己曾公開道歉，然而在此或各個圈的大社團或是他的個人主頁和粉專沒有看到任何道歉信息。不確定是否由當事人自行刪除，本方認為其不具誠意。
4.在C圈有多次交易黑單之不良紀錄，且多次尋人無果，短暫下落不明。
5.直播畫哥哥宣稱是以劍聖作為參考，然而畫出來卻與劍聖有極高的相似度。同時其本人所使用之Vtuber Skin亦有抄襲之爭議。
6.時常在群內揚言要提告，卻又不具任何有效之法律證據，同時法律觀念極度不正確。雖揚言要告人，然又宣稱要利用黑粉衝流量，本方對此表示不解。
7.宣稱人肆意曝光自己中之人資訊，卻又使用V帳在Cos社團內放自己照片賣東西，呈其矛盾價值觀與作為。
8.已多次上靠北版，本方認為大多數人皆對其表示不滿。
9.台姬殿是一個好地方，本方相信她會有改變的一天，但很多圈子的人已經給過她很多機會，然而她卻沒什麼改變，並且她已多次踐踏許多人的底線。

1. She often deletes messages after trashing people, and we think it isn’t responsible.
2. She is dishonest, she said that she is very popular in the cosplayer community, and she just deleted her fanpage so nobody can’t see it.
But in reality, she only has 18 followers in her old fanpage, the latest posts even has no more than 10 likes.
3. Often says that she has publicly apologized, but no one saw any form of apology within major groups nor her personal fanpage.
Not sure if she deleted those posts, but we think it’s insincere of her.
4. She has a record of multiple bad transactions within the Cosplay Community,and she is not being responsible for transactions, and was unable to contact numerous times.
5. Livestream drawing her brother and saying she used Reinhard as reference, but the finished piece looks exactly the same.
She also has a dispute over the character design for her Vtuber model.
6. Often threatens to sue people in the group, but couldn’t come up with anything valid within the lawsuit, and her law concept is extremely incorrect.
Although she said that she wants to sue others, at the same time she said she wants to use haters' focus to gain popularity, which leaves many confused about this.
7. Saying that others keep exposing her middleman, but on the other side, she uses her Vtuber account to post her own photos and sell items.

After the new lazy guide came out, うさめぃ slandered "The person who compiled the lazy guide saying they are maliciously forcing her to leave the Taiwan Vtuber Community.”
