Grambam has agreed to share these DMs with backroom. This document has not been shared with Grambam as it contains discussions in backroom.

Grambam relayed that fluffy had discussed the problems she has with the way backroom is structured. She also described her plans to change it.

In these DMs, fluffy compares SiIvagunner backroom to Vavr backroom in 6 points.

In point 1, fluffy demonstrates that she expects backroom members to be 'stable', and that if you're not 'stable enough', you don't belong in backroom.

This is suggesting that instead of helping people with their stability issues (i.e. feelvagunner), they instead should not be in backroom.

I think everyone will have different opinions on the other points, so I won't talk about them in depth.

Note that these 6 points are being presented to someone who is not in backroom.

This is the impression of backroom fluffy is trying to give Grambam.

Continuing on, fluffy outlines the events of art server and backroom in May.

fluffy provides two reasons for why the artists wanted to go on strike.

In point 2, it is revealed that part of the reason for setting up the strike was because they didn't like how backroom was run.

A restructuring of backroom was one of its goals, not just improving communication.

fluffy later brings up that a proposed solution was to split the server into a work and social server.

fluffy explains to Grambam the difficulties with promoting her idea of the work server.

fluffy is lamenting that backroom is not fond of the idea of activity requirements.

That's fine, though, everyone has different ideas on how a place should and shouldn't be run...

... but she continues:

So, the 'loudest' backroom members are leaving, and that's probably a good thing, according to fluffy.

fluffy's tone suggests that it is a shame that these backroom members who are leaving will be reinvited.

It really sounds like fluffy wants the people who disagree with her to be gone, and not come back.

So, in brief:

fluffy wants to restructure backroom, even if backroom members disagree with it.

fluffy would rather backroom members who disagree with her be gone.

fluffy suggests that you must be "stable enough" and "mature enough" to be in backroom.

fluffy is sharing her goals to people who are not in backroom, providing them with sensitive and biased information to rally them against it.

To me, it is very frustrating that all of my attempts to reason with fluffy have been met with frustration: her frustration that I was there to have an opinion to begin with.

It is also frustrating that fluffy is spreading misinformation about me, and everyone else in backroom, in order to push for her goals.

It is infuriating that she is discrediting the emotional support that people get in backroom by saying people aren't "stable enough". You don't get "stable" by getting cut off from your friends.

Claims

In May 2019, there was a dispute over how art claims were made. This was made out to artists in a way that made it seem totally random and arbitrary.

The claim process was proposed to be changed because of a dispute between fluffy and Sean-Patrick.

If info was shared with artists, it did not include any sort of personal accountability.

“Furry Challenge” is a bit of backroom drama from last year. It is a sensitive subject so it is not often brought up in backroom. With no permission or involvement, this information was shared outside the server with the intent of malice
