This document is to address the Discord Terms of Service and community guidelines violations of the account under the name ”Gangsta Garfield#4734” aka “fallingtowers01” the owner of the community called “Thunder Scientific Corporation” (https://discord.gg/tsc) roblox link: https://www.roblox.com/groups/11577231/Thunder-Scientific-Corporation#!/about which is a community that has violated Discord Terms of Service and community guidelines multiple times. In this document it is stated the violations perpetrated by fallingtowers01 and the community known as “thunder scientific corporation”
Although most of the evidence described and presented in the following did not happen on the server itself but through direct messages and correlated servers to thunder scientific corporation and the server administrative and moderation personnel, most of these servers and direct messages had connections and started through TSC.

As the image shows falling or ”Gangsta Garfield#4734” ordered his members to go after a twitter user by the name of “SomeOrdinaryGamer's” with the intention of destroying the reputation of the youtuber with the name “RubenSim” the accusations stated by falling are false and the image presenting sensitive content by him to all the 7.367 members (including minors) the pornographic image was drawn by rubens when he still was a legal minor, all falling intended with this announcement was to destroy the reputation of said person and cause mass harassment.

Donni was an old community member from TSC, in the past it had come to light that donni was a pedophile. It is possible to verify these accusations by reading the following document on the case (Donni`s Funtime) either way falling had complete knowledge of these accusations and the investigation being done by fynners. But he opposed taking action against the account. as shown in the following evidence.
(it's better to ban a possible pedophile than let it loose on your community a clear violation of COG paragraph 5)

this image shows the same person in the image above, falling sending pornographic content to a 13 year old violating the 7th paragraph and 8th paragraph
The image above is an announcement in regards to a group of moderators and administrators that united themselves to get donni banned, falling opposed to his ban until the last minute until almost every single person in power opposed falling and agreed with the ban punishment.

anti_protogen is the TSC community member that currently occupies the Administrative Department role, one of the highest powers in the TSC community tasked with several important tasks on TSC such as ingame (roblox) moderation as server moderation. and is the one responsible for the following violations. (he is not a minor)

Numeral_Division was a developer for TSC, contracted by falling to work as a volunteer later it was found out that numeral had contacted minors with the intention of committing sex talking.

The Administrative department and other high powers in TSC failed to contain or create distance from pornographic content that could be connected to TSC and be available for minors to see.

CONCLUSION
As seen in this document Thunder Scientific Corporation is a breeding ground for sexual deviance, psychological abuse of members, and a danger for the minors that are in TSC. This community shouldnt exist in the state it currently is. Poor moderation, a leader that can't even control itself, a moderation and administrative team that violates its own rules and even discord SOG and TOS. Allowing this community to continue with this administrative team, is a danger to its members and even the reputation of discord as a company. And even for the real company under the name “Thunder Scientific Corporation” (https://www.thunderscientific.com)
It's my desire and the desire of numerous other TSC members that this community should be shut down, its leader banned from discord and the other violators banned.
