Strategy:

a. the owner seek out a supplier that have a good reputation and trusted

b. the supplier is near with the owner’s house

c. the owner have make negotiation about the (plain thermos) bundle price to reduce the costs

d. the owner has made a plan in maintaining a long term relationship with the supplier. Example: Keep in touch 3 times a month with the supplier and make friends.

e. On-time delivery : the owner made a survey and found that the supplier have a good delivery management…

Packaging

The owner seeks out the plain thermos supplier that comes along with the packaging box. - reduce half costs -

Teamwork strategy

The owner say that she uses the “cooperate for all” strategy.

Meaning that, not only focusing only 1 task but to consider other task too. Example :  Farini designer, will design all the names and if she have a free time , she and the owner will help hilmi in packing the order so the issue of delayed order can be reduced.

        Next, is the channel element which is referring to what platform is used by the owner for their business. Therefore, from our analysis, we have found that the owners have used social media, e-commerce platforms, and a mouth-to-mouth channel. As an example of social media that she usually uses in order to promote their products are Twitter and Instagram, as these two social media applications are widely used among the online users. Besides that, Thermos Kakfit also uses Shopee which is the famous e-commerce platform that allows the owner to create her shop via the Shopee. Therefore, the customers can directly purchase the Kakfit Thermos’s products on this Shopee platform, as it provides internet online banking in which this will facilitate the process of purchasing the products.
