KINDERGARTEN

We are having some community supplies this year.  Please do not write your child’s name on the following:

 

2-#2 pencils

10 glue sticks (medium to large)

1 pink eraser

2 black, fine tip dry erase markers

2 packages of snacks

1 Box of Ziploc bags (gallon or sandwich).

1 container of Clorox wipes

 

Please put the name of your child on the following supplies.  These will only be used by your child.

1 box of colored pencils

1 pencil box- plastic, rectangular shaped box

1 small box of crayons-must fit in pencil box

1 box of markers

2- two pocket folders

1- 1inch 3 ring binder

1 bottle of school glue

1 70 page spiral notebook

1 pair of kids scissors

Nap mats will be provided

Small blanket  (optional)

Backpack

PE Shoes (please consider Velcro if your child isn’t tying yet)

1 plain white t-shirt

1 change of clothes (in large zip lock with name)

small personal hand sanitizer (optional)

FIRST GRADE

Mrs. Kindel and Mrs. Hanson

The following items will become community supplies:

Any type of paper products (napkins, plates, plastic ware, cups) for party treats

4 containers of Clorox wipes or other brand

Please DO NOT label your child’s name on the following items:

1. 20 glue sticks

2. 6 Black Dry Erase Expo Markers

3.  2 dozen #2 quality pencils- Ticonderoga works well-no plastic or paper coverings please.  We have found that pencils with plastic or paper coverings destroy pencil sharpeners.

Please label the following:

1.  Backpack

2.  P.E. shoes

3.  Pencil Box

4. 2 boxes of 24 count crayons

5. 1 package of colored pencils

6. 1 pair of child’s scissors

7. Personal pencil sharpener

8. 2 composition books for journal writing

9. 1 White t-shirt for grade level tye-dye (Please buy it one or two sizes larger to avoid shrinkage.)  

**Your student is encouraged and welcome to bring a HEALTHY snack for themselves daily to enjoy in class following our morning recess.


SECOND GRADE

Kelsey Hammond, Stephanie Cobb and Kelley Comstock

1 pencil box

1 pkg. of pencils (i.e.-Ticonderoga brand)

1 pink eraser

1 writing notebook

1 pkg. of glue sticks

1 box of 24 count crayons

Scissors

PE shoes

1 box of snack food- example- crackers, fruit snack, graham crackers, ritz crackers

1 box of Kleenex

1 plain white t-shirt to decorate and wear on field trips, field day and the walk-a-thon (please label your child’s shirt..Also, it is okay if it is a little big so your child may wear it throughout the school year)


THIRD GRADE

Mrs. McDuffie and Mrs. Newell

The following is a list of supplies each child will need to start the year.  As the year progresses other supplies may be necessary.   Please label everything.

       24 crayons

24 #2 pencils

1 pkg of pencil top erasers

2 large glue sticks

1 pkg. 3x3 sticky notes

24 count or larger colored pencils (important)

1 small bottle of Elmer’s glue

1 pair of scissors

1  1” 3 ring binder

1pkg. wide ruled loose-leaf paper

2 dry erase markers (blue or black)

1 pocket folder

Gym shoes

Pencil bag zipper pouch for MOOSE notebooks

backpack

1 plain white t-shirt- Please allow for  shrinkage and growing room

     $5.00 for the M.O.O.S.E (Management of Organization Skills Every day) which will be  

      provided.

We would appreciate donations of the following items for our classroom use:  ziplock bags: sandwich, quart, and gallon size, paper plates, plastic spoons, cups, Clorox wipes, dry snacks (pretzels, microwave popcorn, crackers, granola bars. etc.)


FOURTH GRADE

Amber Lamb, Amy Price and Andy Hanson/Dustyne Salminen

$5 for purchase of MOOSE Notebook materials which will be provided. (If you’d like to write a

check, please make it payable to Eureka Elementary School)

The following items will become community supplies:

1 box of microwave popcorn

Any type of paper products (napkins, plates, cups, plastic ware) for party treats

2  containers of Clorox wipes or other brand

2 packages of notebook paper

 Please label the following supplies with the student's name:

3 packages of #2 pencils (mechanical or regular)

1 package of ball point correcting pens of any color

6 glue sticks and one bottle of Elmer’s glue

2 pocket folders

2 spiral notebooks

2 composition notebooks

3 highlighters - any color

1 package of washable markers

1 pair of scissors

1 box of colored pencils

1 black, fine point Sharpie marker     

8 THICK dry erase markers (blue or black only, please)

1 pencil/supply case           

1 book bag or backpack  

PE shoes (these will remain at school)

1 large white t-shirt (buy it one or two sizes larger to avoid shrinkage)
