Disassembly:

1/Easiest way to take apart is while it is mounted on your TC Mod. Simply pull the outer enclosure strait away from the heater portion. Generally the bare heater will come out leaving the Stainless Steel tube inside the enclosure. This point is where tightening to the MOD is done if needed as well.

2/Remove the upper O-rings as well as the screen.

3/Using the supplied stem, push the heater tube down and out the bottom.

4/Remove the last 2 O-rings.

Assembly:

1/Insert lower O-ring to the outer enclosure.

2/Mount heater with Stainless Steel tube onto your TC MOD.

3/Push enclosure onto the heater and tube.

4/Insert an O-ring into the top and use a blunt poker to push the O-ring around the inner tube as shown in Fig.1. This part is important to have it sit tight to block any airflow from getting past.

5/Install the screen and last 3 O-rings. If the last ring is tight, pull up slightly on the enclosure thus lowering the inside tube a slightly. Push back in place once last O-ring is installed.
