First of all, I understand korea's idol culture is completely different from western idol culture. I understand asian mindset is different. I know that. But that doesn't mean someone has a free pass to act like they own some sort of universal truth and nor does it give someone the right to twist facts.
Korea's idol culture might be different, but it doesn't mean it is healthy. I held enourmous respect for snowdrop's masters since the very beggining of my fandom days. Taking gorgeous pictures of one of my favourite idols, going on long lengths across oceans just to deliver us amazingly well taken pictures and quality fan goods is not something easy, and I recognize that. Snowdrop masters always gave me the impression they were genuinely good people, and the fact that they bragged a lot that they didn't meddle with his personal life earned them extra points. But after the whole marriage fiasco everything just blew up. Don't get me wrong, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but only because you, yourself, made the decision of following an idol around, it does not give you the right to call someone on their nonexistent bullshit. Know your place. Know your place as a fan. Take LIVSM for example, she got upset, she made it clear that she was upset, but she had the decency of calming down before writing her thoughts and releasing them to the public. She’s a fan. Like we all are. Fans. Just. Fans. Nothing more than fans. But don't go overboard on the fan concept, we have bad examples of that. (I shall restrain myself from shading certain fans here ha)

About the wedding date...The thing is, there would never have a perfect timing. The marriage news came out barely a month before the wedding, if he waited any longer, when would he announce it? 3 days before it and cause everyone to set their pants on fire?
If he pushed the wedding later, people would accuse him of overshadowing Yesung's return, the Eunhae tour or whatever.
Truth is, there would always be a fucking event that he would "overshadow" or whatnot. Unless you guys wanted Sungmin to be secretly married. Worst of all, if he did push the wedding date somewhere after his enlistment, things could get really, really ugly. He had a relationship with Saeun, if they were caught while he was serving as a soldier, it could become a huge scandal and it could potentially ruin SJ’s image for good. Having an army scandal is a really huge thing.

Now this got me wondering. What was your part in snowdrop? You didn’t take pictures, and you said it yourself you haven’t been overseas. From Hya’s IG and old twitter account (which she deleted, or changed usernames) you can see she was the one who worked making the fangoods for the most part. I’m not saying Hya’s a saint, she did her job in cursing him to no end, but she did have a buttload of work editing the pictures for the website. I’m not saying you didn’t do anything for snowdrop, hell you worked 7 years of your life following him around Korea, I just want to know what you did to him other than getting him expensive gifts. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not ponting a finger at your face, I’m just genuinely curious. And I’m more than grateful for snowdrop’s work.
