A Prayer of Welcome
“God of kindness and love, be with us today and throughout the school year. Shower us with your compassion and mercy. Help us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the schoolyard, in our classrooms and in our homes. We know that we are “Sent to be the Good News.”
Help us to do this every day.
We make this prayer in the name of Jesus, our teacher and brother. Amen.
On the first day of school, Tuesday, September 5th, we welcomed the students back to school with a liturgy and introduced the Board theme, “Sent to Be the Good News.” The students were very well behaved and focused on the message of the liturgy.

We hope that many parents are able to attend this event.
