Veterans Upward Bound May 2011 – Current
Mathematics Instructor
Currently teaching a Veterans Upward Bound mathematics course. This is a basic math course for honorably discharged veterans who need to refresh themselves with basic math skill prior to moving on to higher education. This course is offered through the Davis and Elkins College Veterans Upward Bound Program and this class is taught
through Work Force WV at the Pierpont Technical and Community College downtown campus.

Mathematics Instructor
Taught developmental mathematics for both Pierpont Technical and Community College and Fairmont State University. The course is taught using a Pearson Education on the My Math Labs software package. The class is mastery based with the expectation that students will pass quizzes with a 80% and unit exams with a 75%. Teacher responsibility includes individualized instruction for each student.

Outdoor National Motocross Assistant Administrator
Responsible for credentialing all outdoor national professional motocross riders, their crews and guests, along with race sponsors and staff. Created and updated user profiles via a web based service for all professional riders. Updated rider entries for all of the outdoor national motocross events. Responsible for creating event rider lists for web and television production purposes. Completed all direct deposits for the professional motocross riders’ purse payouts. Answered phones on a multi-line phone system for multiple companies. Created PowerPoint presentations for advertising research for the outdoor national racing using fan based surveys from several of the motocross races.
