      God’s wisdom calls us here.

OPENING PRAYER

  God of steadfast love, you granted young Solomon the wisdom to rule your people with judgment and understanding.  When we turn to you for answers you grant us the wisdom to discern good and evil, and bestow the courage to live in your ways.  Be with us in this time of worship, as we seek to grow in your wisdom and abide in your grace.  Amen.

Funds are being raised at Stump UMC to paint the exterior of our church building.  All are invited to contribute if they desire.

Children’s Events for Summer 2024

Tues. August 27th  – 4J Farms in Argyle “Barn Yard Bash” 10:00 to 3:00. Care of and riding horses

Sept 28 – Fall Fun Hike and apple picking. Details to follow

Movie night for Parents and Children is being planned

Sun. September 22nd - Pastor Melissa will be off.

Thurs. Sept. 26  -final class of  Psalms “Managing our Emotions”:–Bible Study,  @ 6:00 -7:30 pm at Easton UMC.

Wednesdays, Eagle Bridge UMC’s Thrift Store is open every Wednesday and the first Saturday of the month

 @ 10:-1:00. Donations appreciated.
