Mobile engagement startup Groundsource seeks Django/Python Developer & social change agent

Groundsource is a platform for community organizations and newsrooms that need to gather first-hand context to tell true stories, serve genuine needs and make effective policy.
Groundsource aggregates on-the-ground sources and lets users target simple surveys and bulletins based on demographics, geography, and experience. Sources can engage by SMS, voice or mobile web. We care about healthy communities and the pursuit of truth. See how it works[1] & request a beta invitation to kick the tires at groundsourcing.com.
About us:
- Groundsource is a simple survey tool connected to a CRM back-end enabling highly targeted engagement with a community of sources. We’re all about API’s, and are working with Twilio, Clickatell, Plivo and even hacking our own GSM VoIP server—whatever we need to do to establish two-way communications around the world with anyone who has a phone.
- Groups from New Orleans to Nairobi are using Groundsource to establish direct contact with hard-to-reach people to understand their needs and serve them better.
- Groundsource is making the world more human-centered. We’re getting noticed.[2] We’re a distributed team, based on Georgia, Minnesota and Nairobi.

- Write clean, well documented code (Django / Python / Javascript) and help establish a professional software engineering environment with source control, dev/stage/production release cycles, continuous integration and deployment.
Requirements:
- Deep experience with Django / Python
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience building scalable, highly-available service-oriented architectures.
