Summary of the issue, challenge, investigation, scenario, or problem:

Students are to work together  to create a comic strip telling a story. They must be able to manipulate word choice to be able to show meaning and still be able to have a story plot.

How do you structure a story to have a decent plot with meaningful text?

CCSS to be taught and assessed:
