SEMESTER GRADE CALCULATION
Student’s overall score will reflect his or her growth as assessed from the six above standards (3 Unit, 2 Inquiry & 1 Science Skills). If a student improves on the second attempt, that score will become their overall score. However, if student regresses, the overall score will be an average of the attempts or the score demonstrated twice. Students cannot resubmit any assignment/assessment to earn an exceeds. NO LATE PROJECTS OR RESUBMISSIONS WILL EARN AN EXCEEDS.
Students may re-attempt one Unit Standard with a final opportunity in order to meet proficiency at the end of the semester; however, students will not be able to exceed any standards on the resubmission.
