Purpose

TTB Ventures LLC d/b/a Marriage Mavericks (“Marriage Mavericks,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides various relationship coaching services, products, and goods. By using the Marriage Mavericks website and any of the information and services offered (“Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

By accessing or using the Services in any way, clicking on a button, or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of this Agreement, you hereby represent that:

1. You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published from time to time at this link or through the Services;
2. You are 18 or older;
3. You have the authority to enter into the Agreement personally. Except as otherwise provided herein, if you do not agree to be bound by the Agreement, you may not access or use the Services; and,
4. You will comply with all applicable laws, including those of the country, state, and city in which you are present while using the Services.

Access and Confidentiality

1. Access: By entering into this Agreement, you will be granted a revocable license to access the Services. Your access privileges, however, are conditioned on your adherence to the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to temporarily deny you access to the Services or permanently terminate your access privileges at any time if, at our sole discretion, you have failed to abide by the terms of this Agreement or appear to us likely to do so. By agreeing to grant you access, we do not obligate ourselves to do so or to maintain the Services, or to maintain it in its present form, and we expressly reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access privileges.
2. Privileges Nontransferable: You may not transfer your access privileges to any third parties.
3. Passwords and Security: You agree not to disclose to anyone your confidential password and to notify us immediately if there has been a breach of your security that affects our Services.

No Warranties

You agree and understand that we provide relationship coaching services only and guarantee no specific results.

Any client stories on this Website or our related social media are based on actual individual results of our clients, as may be stated. There is no guarantee that you will get these results for yourself. Your results will vary based on your relationship, effort, capabilities, level of desire, and an infinite number of variables beyond our control, including some variables that neither we nor you may have anticipated. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success You may experience. Each person’s results will vary.

In no event will we be liable to you or any party related to you for any damages, whether under a theory of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) products liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. As such THE SERVICES, CONTENT AND ALL DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILTY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Limitations herein described shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

No Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a particular Service offered for sale via this Website, Marriage Mavericks abides by a strict, no-refund policy. By accepting these Terms, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for the Services.

Subscriptions

The following services may offer a monthly or yearly subscription as one payment option:

• Marriage Mavericks Academy.

We may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. If we cancel your subscription all fees due up to the end of the then-current term renewal period at the time of cancellation shall remain payable. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of the renewal period.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, use the customer center feature in Thrivecart or contact us at support@marriagemavericks.com at least five days before your scheduled payment.

If a subscription payment fails, you authorize us to resubmit the payment as allowed by law and network rules.

Marriage Mavericks Academy

The Marriage Mavericks Academy Program (Academy) contains the following:

• 12 Weeks of Lessons
• 12 Weeks of Academy Group Coaching Calls
• Client Community

Group coaching calls and the Client Community are a privilege that may be revoked if Marriage Mavericks determines your behavior is disruptive to the group.

Inner Circle

The Marriage Mavericks Inner Circle Program (“Inner Circle”) is our flagship Service and contains the following:

• 12 Weeks of Lessons
• 12 Weeks of Inner Circle Group Coaching Calls
• 12 Weeks of Academy Group Coaching Calls
• 12 Weeks of Helpdesk Support
• 4x 30-Minute 1:1 calls
• Client Community

Group coaching calls and the Client Community are a privilege that may be revoked if Marriage Mavericks determines your behavior is disruptive to the group.

Lifetime Access: Inner Circle Members are granted “lifetime access” to Marriage Mavericks Academy for as long as the Academy remains in operation. This privilege vests after you pay the entire Program Fee.

Program Fees

All Services we offer, except those listed under "Subscriptions," are subject to a Program Fee. This includes our Inner Circle Service. Some Services such as Academy may have a Subscription option and a Program Fee option.

When you make an initial purchase, you agree to pay Marriage Mavericks the full Program Fee.

We understand that individual financial circumstances may vary, and we offer the following flexibility:

1. Partial Upfront Payment: If you're making a partial payment today, you agree to pay the remaining balance of the Program Fee according to the Installment Plan terms.
2. Multiple Transactions: You may split your payment across multiple payment methods. The total sum of these transactions will be applied toward your Program Fee.
3. Custom Payment Plans: Any custom payment arrangement must provided in writing at the time of purchase by a Marriage Mavericks representative. By completing your purchase, you accept the payment arrangement and it becomes subject to this Agreement.

Installment Option: For some Services, we may allow you to pay the Program Fee in installments. The total Program Fee is the sum of all installment payments. An installment arrangement is not a subscription and cannot be canceled or refunded on a prorated basis.

Default

A default occurs under any of the following circumstances:

• You miss a scheduled installment payment.
• You dispute or chargeback any past payment, including a Subscription payment or deposit.

Remedies

When a default occurs, you authorize Marriage Mavericks to take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:

• Declare the entire unpaid Program Fee immediately due and payable (the "Balance").

• For Installment arrangements: The Balance will be the remaining unpaid portion of the Program Fee.
• For disputed or charged-back payments, The Balance will be the amount disputed, plus any unpaid portion of an Installment arrangement.

• Suspend your access to the Service until the Balance is paid.
• Charge the Balance, or any portion thereof, to any of your cards on file.
• Resubmit failed payments as allowed by law and network rules.
• Place the Balance in collections or transfer the Balance to a third party.
• Pursue legal remedies to recover the Balance.
• Charge interest on the unpaid Balance at 8% per year, starting 45 days after a default, until the Balance is paid in full.

Intellectual Property Ownership

We shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Services. This Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Services, or any intellectual property rights owned by us. Our name, logo, and the product names associated with the Services are our trademarks or belong to third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them. you agree that you will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services.

User Submissions and Content

We may provide you with interactive opportunities through the Services. you represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or otherwise have the right to provide, all User Content that you submit, post and/or otherwise transmit through the Services. You hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully sublicensable right and license to use, copy, display, publish, modify, remove, publicly perform, translate, create derivative works, distribute and/or otherwise use the User Content in connection with our business and in all forms now known or hereafter invented, without notification to and/or approval by you, except as otherwise required by law.

You agree that Marriage Mavericks may at any time reproduce and/or disseminate any testimonial(s) describing or otherwise referencing, either directly or indirectly, your experience participating in the Services, including any specific results experienced by you during such participation. You agree and acknowledge that this includes any written statements you may publish to social media accounts and online forums. You further represent that any statements or testimonials you make shall be correct, accurate, and truthful.

Privacy

We have adopted a Privacy Policy outlining our personal data collection and use practices. Please refer to it for details about how we collect and use your personal information. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you are automatically agreeing to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You consent to receive text messages from Marriage Mavericks, including transactional and promotional messages. You may opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the messages.

Termination

At our sole discretion, WE MAY MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICES OR MAY MODIFY, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, FOR ANY REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU AND WITHOUT LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY. In addition to suspending or terminating your access to the Services, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, or injunctive redress. Even after your right to use the Services is terminated, this Agreement will remain enforceable against you. All provisions which by their nature should survive to give effect to those provisions shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

General

1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Maryland. The venue for any dispute shall be in Carroll County Maryland.
2. No Jury Trial: YOU AND MARRIAGE MAVERICKS WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE.
3. Attorneys' Fees and Legal Expenses: If any proceeding or action shall be brought to recover any amount under this Agreement, or for or on account of any breach of, or to enforce or interpret any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party, as part of the prevailing party's costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, the amount of which shall be fixed by the court, and shall be made a part of any award or judgment rendered.
4. Severability: Except as otherwise provided herein, if any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
5. Electronic Communications: For contractual purposes, you (1) consent to receive communications from us in an electronic form; and (2) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing. This subparagraph does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and merges all prior discussions between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
