Site Assignment

1. Create a folder on your computer in your web page folder and name it site.
2. Put all your images and web pages for this assignment in this folder.
3. Create 3 pages using Adobe Dreamweaver.

Page 1:  animals.html

1. The title for this page is Animal Links
2. On this page include the following information:

1. 5 links to sites that contain educational material about animals. 2 of the links must be images.
2. 3 picture photo gallery. Remember to find images on the Internet that are fairly large. Open the images into Adobe PhotoShop and size them down to 100x100 (or close to that). Save the smaller images as thumbs.
3. Include a non-repeating, fixed, centered background on this page. Make it a watermark in PhotoShop by adjusting the Brightness/Contrast.

Page 2:  sports.html

1. The title for this page is Sport Links
2. On this page include the following information:

1. 5 links to sites that contain educational material about any sport.  2 of the links must be images.
2. Include a tiled background on this page. Make sure the text is readable.

Page 3:  schools.html

1. The title for this page is Colleges & Universities
2. You will need to do a little research on the Internet before you can begin this web page.
3. On this page include the following information:

1. Create a 4 column table with the following information for 5 colleges and/or universities. You may not use Illinois State Universitybecause it is the example below.
2. Column 1: Name of School
3. Column 2:  Web Site (make sure it’s an active link)
4. Column 3:  Location (find 1 college that is out of state)
5. Column 4:  Tuition cost for one semester, one year, or one term.

Example:

 Once you have created all 3 pages, create 3 sets of buttons and link all the pages together using the button rollovers. Use the button templates that we have used in the past. You can copy the code.
