Welcome to the Grafton Public Schools.  The directions below will walk you through setting up and accessing your new voicemail.  Read through all of the directions prior to setting up your voicemail.  It is best to setup your voicemail when you are alone and the room is quiet.

PLEASE SETUP YOUR VOICEMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

VOICEMAIL SETUP

1. On the phone in your office or classroom, press the “message” or voicemail button.
2. When prompted, enter the default personal identification number/code (PIN) which has been reset to 1234 then press #. 
3. Press 9 for options.
4. Press 5 and follow the prompts to change your self identification message.  

IMPORTANT: This is just a recording of your first and last name.  It is NOT your greeting.  

5. Press 7 and follow the prompts to enter (select) a new SECRET PIN code.  This will be the four (4) digit number you will use to enter the voicemail system and retrieve your messages moving forward.
6. Press 8 and follow the prompts to change your greeting message.  This is the message callers will hear when they call you and you are unavailable.

ACCESSING VOICEMAIL FROM INSIDE YOUR CLASSROOM/OFFICE

1. On the phone in your office or classroom, press the “message” or voicemail button.
2. When prompted, enter your personal identification number/code (PIN) then press #.

REMINDER: This is a four (4) digit number you selected when setting up your voicemail.

3. Follow the prompts to play, delete or forward messages.

ACCESSING VOICEMAIL FROM ANOTHER ROOM OR FROM OUTSIDE THE BUILDING

1. Call 508-839-5421.
2. When you hear the auto attendant (the pre-recorded greeting) press 9999.
3. When prompted, enter your extension number.
4. When prompted, enter your personal identification number/code (PIN) then press #.

REMINDER: This is a four (4) digit number you selected when setting up your voicemail.

5. Follow the prompts to play, delete or forward messages.
