I am sending you a little book. in which – I have attempted to describe the events wh. occurred during the time I stayed in Moscow – during for the Coronation of the present

Emperor, which I beg the master – will accept from his subject as a Christmas gift.^[2]

I have been so very much interested, and amused, by all you have told me during our sceances [sic].^[3] These I venture of ^to offer
