Dear <<Staff Member Name>>

As you are no doubt aware your role requires you to uphold your company values and the numerous commitments made your employer, to me, being one of your customers.

You are required to maintain these collectively termed “standards” because you have a contract with your employer to do so, and your employer, in turn, has a contract with me in which it has promised to uphold, and adhere to, certain standards.

I regret to inform you that during our recent interaction/communications, I consider your performance to have fallen below the standards expected of someone in the role.

It appears, that for whatever reason, you have either chosen to ignore, and or disregard, the clearly documented standards required of you, or, you are completely unaware of them and are perhaps in need of some re-training.

Such is my level of disatisfaction I felt compelled to send you this letter and post a copy to

your Human Resources Manager. Feedback will also be provided to YouAndYourCash.Com - the online consumer watchdog, as part of their ELIXE or EXILE campaign.

I feel I ought to be compensated for what I consider to be a breach of the agreement/contract between your employer and myself; and in any event, for having provided you with this valuable ‘market research’ information.

Faithfully,

<<First Name>> <<Family Name>>
