Nitegrimwood blacklist reason.

This is a messy but all in one google doc with the information i have and have been given by those affected.

This started with them messaging me out of the blue to accuse luna of tracing in her base making without contacting luna to get their side of the story. Luna was given redline help with her base in my server by me, kitty, and whoever else. During a redline request you're given permission to use that help for whatever the help is for. Weather to recolor the redline to black if its clean enough or trace over a sketch to finish the artwork with the given help. Nite decided to accuse luna of tracing and blindly putting out a beware on a smaller artist without getting all of the information. I was nice about the situation when they brought it to me, i will provide screenshots of the conversation between them and i which brought the situation up in the first place.

While this was all going on they were actively talking to my server mod kelly while she was on call with me. Nite was going off on them about not disclosing that a character was co owned when they had won a gatcha or an art piece, an artist then did threaten to report their accounts if they didnt remove the artwork that kelly had won. The co owner of the character was not on any kind of blacklist. There was no rules against co owning characters in the server and for that matter i dont understand the huge issue that was happening either its just two people enjoying one character. Theres no loss for the artist and only more enjoyment for a piece of artwork. Kelly and the co owner were threatened to remove the art piece or risk a report on toyhouse. Screenshots provided that i have.

Next incident

The next incident was brought to me last night as well by sahara another member of my server all of these issues above were brought to me within hours of eachother and honestly its tiring.

“Another mild issue (I made a joke about the bot saying 7 seconds till I can reroll then it said closes when I refilled again. No hate or anything I was laughing at the timing)” sahara

The next two issues were provided to me by kitty/ wintermews that show horrible spiteful behavior towards another artist. The following is direct message from wintermews about the situation and th screenshots they provided me.

“From my understanding of the situation: Nite had gifted one of Shy's designs to their partner(?) Which broke Shy's TOS, so Shy asked for the character back, and Nite went out of their way to delete all of the characters art(supposedly it was literally everything, even pieces the character came with originally) then sent the character back, cursing Shy out

Nite jumped real fast to blacklist me when I told them that what they did to Shy was not only disrespectful, but wrong as well So both me and my friend, Bayearts, got blacklisted for banning them from our communities rightfully”
