• That you have sufficient knowledge and experience with the tool(s) to operate it/them safely and responsibly;
• That you acknowledge that you are solely liable for any injuries (fatal and nonfatal), property damage, or any other potential damaging or harmful instance resulting from use of the tool(s);
• That you assume all repair, replacement, and/or maintenance costs associated with tool damage, loss, or theft
• That by taking the tool(s) off the premises of the Ilion Free Public Library the library is released from any liability not covered by the statements made above.
