We wipe the slate clean, marking the current campaigns officially retired.
(Excepting GM absence)
My goal is to allow varied builds but minimize min/maxing and allow people with less time to be on an equal footing. I don't want this campaign to require people to do homework unless they desire to.
To that end I may take a more hands on approach, for example I would likely have us craft characters together at a first session and might even mandate small aspects that must be incorporated in each character. (ie: tony must have blacksmithing experience)
I would also take a more stringent approach in other areas to try and focus our sessions and make the game more enjoyable.
