We will be using LeagueSafe with a majority approval vote to release the winnings. You are responsible for the PAYMENT CLEARING BEFORE THE DEADLINE.

Payments made by e-check that are still pending at kickoff will be reimbursed and the entry will be removed.

IMPORTANT:

In order to properly mark your entry as paid, once you’ve completed your payment on LeagueSafe, send an email at: marc.ranallo@icloud.com containing both:

1- Your LeagueSafe e-mail

2- The name you've given your entry(ies) on the ESPN platform.

How to Pay multiple entries on LeagueSafe:

Start off by paying the first entry, then going to current leagues under dashboard and selecting the league from there. Then you click"pay in" and then next to your name, under amount, you put the extra amount of money you want to pay and then pay the amount.

Pool will be held from week 1 to week 17.

Week 18 + NFL playoffs are NOT part of this pool even if available on ESPN.

How to play:

Select for every matchup the winner against the spread

In a spread scoring system, the "winning pick" is the team with the higher number of points after the listed "Spread" for that game is subtracted from the number of points the "Favorite" actually scores (i.e. "covering the spread"). In some cases, this will mean that the "winning spread pick" will not actually be the team that wins the game because they did not defeat their opponent by enough points to cover the spread.

When do I need to make my picks by?

Each matchup will lock at the time indicated on its card. Up until that point the matchup is unlocked and you're free to change your picks.

When are next week's Spread matchups available?

Usually each Tuesday at 12 pm ET.

ESPN tiebreaker “How many points will be scored in” is NOT used for the purpose of this pool.

Each week, at the bottom of the “Make Picks” page, you will see a tiebreaker question. You are free to answer for the fun of it given there doesn't seem to be a way to remove it. However, for the purpose of this league, it is irrelevant. Only the actual matchup picks are what we will use. In the event of a tie, it will simply be an even split for the designated prize.

REGISTRATION & DISCOUNTS:

You are responsible to settle the right amount before the posted dates. If you overpaid because you didn’t read the pool rules on time and the deadline is past, we cannot backtrack to apply the discount. No exceptions made on the dates. Transparency is key to the success of all the leagues and pools. Thank you for understanding.

Registration will close at the latest Thursday September 4th. ESPN doesn’t allow new entries to join once a game is played.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY:

Under no circumstance can I submit picks for a member. You are all responsible to submit your own picks on time! If you wait until 5 minutes before lock time because you want all the available info, that is fine with me. However, don’t come in panic mode if you lose power, your laptop won’t turn on or any other excuse and need me to enter your picks.

I DO NOT REFUND anyone who forgets to enter a pick on time. Please be responsible and enter a temporary pick if you are the type to forget or be distracted with time.

Commissioner waived entry fee if the following numbers are reached:
