TARYN Autograph Signing and Photograph Session House Rules

Autograph Signing and Photography Schedule and Queuing

  1. The autograph signing session is open to anyone with Cosplay Mania 2024 tickets (Silver, Gold, VIP or PVIP) and who purchased any TARYN’s merchandise and/or a cheki stub.

  1. A ticket stub will be given to the participant to be able to join the cheki activity. The event staff will be using an instant camera to capture (1) shot per cheki stub. Participants can choose either the cheki only stub (Php 400) or cheki with lanyard and case (Php 500).

  1. Only guest’s official merchandise sold in the event or the instant photo taken by the event staff can be signed.

  1. An additional selfie with the guest using the participant’s phone will be allowed after the autograph and/or photograph session.

  1. This activity is available for all days of the event in Hall Ex. Meet and Greet Schedule will be announced soon.

  1. Wearing a face mask is optional but we encourage using the alcohol dispenser in the area before and after meeting with the guest.

  1. Fans are expected to be on their best behavior. Any untoward incidents that may jeopardize the safety of the guest can and may lead to the cancellation or early end of the session(s), upon decision of the organizers, without any refund.

  1. Cosplay Mania ‘24 organizers reserve the right to refuse a signing session with the guest for unruly conduct or any individual who ignores and/or violates any of the house rules without any refund.

  1. The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the session:

        

  1. Requesting fan-signs and/or banners from guest(s);
  2. Screaming and/or Shouting;
  3. Pushing, shoving or rough-housing;
  4. Body Contact, unless Guest initiates the body contact;
  5. Smoking;
  6. Eating and/or drinking inside the Meet and Greet Room

Gift Giving Guidelines

  1. All gifts for the guests will be accepted by the organizers on behalf of the Guest and will be provided to the Guest after the session.  Submission of the gifts must be done in the CosShoppe booth until 5 PM on October 4-6, 2024. The organizers and the Guest reserve the right to screen the gifts for acceptability and to refuse to accept gifts when necessary.

  1. Please do not give any perishable, edible, and live gifts as they may be subject to health, safety, and customs issues for the guests.  We will not accept any gift that may be deemed illegal in the Philippines or the Guest’s country of origin.  We strongly advise avoiding gifts such as these.

  1. For any exchange of Name Cards, Business Cards or Cosplay Cards, the organizers will accept these items on behalf of the Guest. We do not guarantee that the Guest will be able to provide you with one in return.
