How to Post a Backblast on F3Raleigh.com
The F3Raleigh.com web site, launched in July 2017 allows the PAX to log in and post backblasts.
What You Need
Step 1. Visit https://f3raleigh.com/ and click Login.
Step 2. Log in with your username and your password. The Lost your password? link may be used to reset a forgotten password.
Step 3. Create a new Post
Once you have logged in successfully, you will see the Dashboard:
From the Dashboard, you may either click on New → Post from the top menu, or on Posts → Add New from the left-hand menu.
Both menus will take you to the same form, where you may create your backblast.
After clicking one of these 2 options, you will see the Add New Post form. The required items for the backblast are:
The body area is represented by a large text box, that allows formatting similar to Microsoft Word or other word processing applications.
Step 4. Formatting, Categories, and Tags
Before publishing, ensure that on the right-hand side of the menu, you have made the appropriate selections for your backblast’s classification.
Formatting should always remain set to Standard.
The Categories option allows you to select the “sub-region” of the workout you’re writing about. This is an optional field.
Tags represents the name of the AO (area of operations; the site of your workout). All the existing F3Raleigh AO names have been loaded into the tool; simply begin typing the name of the site, and choose it from the menu. This field is optional, but very important to help PAX find backblasts.
Step 5. Publish your new backblast
Once you are satisfied with your backblast write up, click the Publish button to post it online to the F3Raleigh web site.
That’s it! You can now find your backblast by the Permalink, which is the URL (web address) of your backblast.
Clicking on the Permalink or the View post link will take you directly to your backblast. You may also copy this link for sharing on social media (Twitter, Slack, Facebook, etc.).
Once finished, simply hover your mouse over your username in the top right-hand corner, and select Log Out.
If you need assistance with this process, please contact your F3Raleigh COMZ team.
