Partner Interview

Take turns asking each other these questions and write down your partner’s responses. You may write your notes on paper or on a Google Doc. After you have answered the questions, go back and find some that you would like to discuss in greater detail. Keep in mind that your partner is going to write a profile of you based on your responses. Save your notes. You will need them later this week.

1.        What is your full name? Any nicknames?

2.        What is your ethnic/cultural background?

3.        Where were you born? Where were you raised?

4.        Who has been an inspiration, mentor, hero/heroine to you?

5.        What are you most proud of?

6.        What kind of student are you?

7.        What type of music do you enjoy? Favorite bands/musicians?

8.        How would you describe your personality?

9.        What do most people not understand about you? What false assumptions are made about you?

10. What’s your favorite holiday? Describe a memory from that holiday.

11. What are your hopes and aspirations for the future?

12. What else would help someone understand who you are and what is important to you?
