   - What feelings or sentiments do you have when thinking about this possibility?

3. Assessment of Reality:

   - How probable is this situation?

   - What reasons do you have that may support or refute this probability?

4. Potential Impact:

   - In your opinion, how would this situation possibly have an impact on your emotional and mental health?

   - How do you think your daily lives would be affected if this were to occur?

5. Development of Coping Strategies:

   - What can you do to handle this if it happens?

   - Could you mention three approaches you could employ?
