Voice Tools Student: Troubleshooting Voice Tools Moodle ISU

Introduction

Blackboard Collaborate Voice Tools facilitates and promotes vocal instruction, collaboration, coaching, and assessment -- perfect for language learning and creating vocal exercises in any subject.  Voice Boards craft threaded voice discussions which provide a warm vocal component beyond traditional message boards.

Blackboard Collaborate requires Java to be installed on the user’s computer. This guide will explain how to install Java and how to deal with pop-up blockers.

Note: Many mobile devices do not run Java and therefore the Voice Tools applications will not be accessible on those devices. If you are unsure if your device will run Java, you may need to check with the device manufacturer.
