JHPDA presents the DPAC committee to focus on topics of interest/concern to individuals from backgrounds that are historically underrepresented in science. The Diversity Postdoctoral Alliance Committee focuses on:

1) racial/ethnic minorities,

2) women,

3) individuals with disabilities,

4) individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, and

5) LGBTQIA - individuals

as a means to increase diversity in science .The committee needs your input to identify priority areas and everyone’s participation is welcomed. Please see the detailed description of DPAC here and tell us your opinions by completing this brief survey.
