Whereas the current phrasing of the Constitution affords absolute protection to both legitimate and rigged ballots;
Whereas protecting rigged ballots is absurd and doing so makes even the gentlest of rigging detection mechanisms legally dubious;
Therefore, this amendment changes the Constitution to afford absolute protection only to legitimate ballots, but not to rigged ones.
Upon passage of this amendment, the Article 12, §4.1 of the Constitution is replaced with the following:
§4.1. Every person has the right to secrecy of their unique legitimate ballot.
