Acids/Bases Unit Project Description:
Make (don’t BUY) a food that contains OR uses an Acid and/or a Base as a key ingredient in the preparation of that food. You will share your food with class on presentation day (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE IN THE CLASS) . Register your food item ASAP! - Each item may only be used 2 times
Additionally—you will be required to explain WHY the Acid/Base is used in your particular food item. You should be able to tell why the final product might turn out differently without the presence of the Acid/Base in the recipe.
We will present these and eat on Wednesday 2/20.
