Starship Equinox Team Leaders,

Enclosed you will find tests for everyone on your team. This test will determine if you have discovered the origin of the Palgren volcano. It’s very close to erupting and the Palreni need to know if we need to help evacuate them off their planet or if they can just relocate until after the eruption. In other words, do you know if their volcano is a super volcano capable of destroying their planet or not?

In order to make the Palgreni feel assured of your response provide sufficient evidence to convince them. We at Starbase 47 trust your judgment; after all you are one of Starfleet’s best Science vessel crews so we will follow your lead on this. Let us know quickly if we need to evacuate the entire planet so we can send the USS Bombay and the USS Endeavor to assist you.

In order for your team to fairly take the test each member must answer his or her questions with no help from anyone else. And each member can only use his or her notebook, his or her blog (if they did any of the volcano quests), and the shared Volcano Vocabulary Google Slide Deck (no using someone else’s blog, other websites, Google searches or other sources). This will be a test of each individual team member’s knowledge of volcanoes.
