  1. No speakers, but pamphlets about specific Green Acorn restaurants and how sustainable practices are beneficial
  1. Only about 20% of students know about Green Acorn
  2. Hopefully will increase student spending at Green Acorn restaurants
  3. Requesting $300 for getting food from various businesses because not too many are donating food
  4. Buying from around 6-8 restaurants - cut back from around 15 because of budget constraints
  5. In previous years, scavenger hunt style was not successful; paid restaurant visits which did not broaden participation beyond those who already go to Green Acorn restaurants

  2. UA/IMPACT collaboration - Student Solution Sessions - students applied for them. Main goal is crowdsourcing to bring groups together to decide on one major issue to focus on in each group

  1. Writing Competition through Oikos international - Topic: Bringing sustainability into the business education curriculum.
  1. Each Oikos group brings together 5-8 writers, and Penn is creating a team for which they are still looking for writers

  1. Filled both Saturday and Sunday busses, and there are 20 extra seats on the Saturday bus
