TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
“THE PIONEER GRANT” BY REQUIR STATS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the award and receipt of "The Pioneer Grant" by ReQuir Stats, a brand of Metrica Statistics Private Limited.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 "Grant" refers to "The Pioneer Grant" by ReQuir Stats.
1.2 "GA" refers to the Grant Amount, which is a monetary award of Rs 10,000.
1.3 "CG" refers to Career Guidance, a month-long one-to-one mentorship with a senior professional in the recipient's field of interest.
1.4 "Recipient" refers to the selected applicants who receive the GA or CG.
1.5 "Grant Period" refers to the one-month duration during which the GA and CG are provided.
1.6 "Winners" refers to the individuals selected to receive either the GA & CG or CG.

3. ELIGIBILITY:
3.1 The Grant is open to final-year medical students and recent medical graduates.
3.2 Applicants must be enrolled in or have graduated from a National Medical Commission (NMC) registered medical college in Mumbai.
3.3 Applicants must demonstrate a clear interest in pursuing postgraduate education in their chosen field.
4. APPLICATION PROCESS:
4.1 The application window will be open for a specified period, as communicated on the official ReQuir Stats website.
4.2 Applications must be submitted online through the official website www.requirstats.in/pioneer
4.3 Applicants must provide a detailed statement of purpose outlining their career goals, interest in postgraduate education, and how they intend to utilize the GA and/or CG.
5. SELECTION CRITERIA:
5.1 Recipients will be selected based on their academic achievements, statement of purpose, and demonstrated commitment to their chosen field.
5.2 The decision of the selection committee is final and binding.
6. USE OF GRANT AMOUNT (GA):
6.1 The GA must be used solely for educational purposes, such as application fees, study materials, or related expenses.
6.2 Misuse of the GA for non-educational purposes will result in the immediate termination of the Grant and potential legal action.
7. CAREER GUIDANCE (CG):
7.1 The CG mentorship is designed to provide personalized career advice and guidance.
7.2 Recipients are expected to actively engage with their mentor and make the most of the mentorship opportunity.
8. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:
8.1 The GA & CG winner must submit a brief report at the end of the Grant Period detailing how the GA was used and the impact of the CG on their career planning.
8.2 CG winners must submit a summary of their mentorship experience at the end of the Grant Period.
9. CREDIT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
9.1 Any publications, presentations, or other outputs resulting from the use of the GA or CG must credit ReQuir Stats and The Pioneer Grant.
9.2 Failure to provide due credit will be considered a breach of these Terms.
10. TERMINATION:
10.1 ReQuir Stats reserves the right to terminate the Grant if the Recipient breaches any of these Terms.
10.2 Termination may also occur if the GA or CG is not used for its intended purpose.
11. DISCLAIMER:
ReQuir Stats or Metrica Statistics Private Limited is not responsible for any harm, injuries, damages, or claims arising from using the Grant funds or participating in the CG mentorship.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
13. AMENDMENTS:
ReQuir Stats reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the official website.
