Safari Configuration (Mac Only)

Note:  Safari is the only browser that supports PDF Mode in the IEP Manager on a Mac. Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat PDF application must be installed before you continue with the directions. If Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat is not in the applications folder, then go to http://get.adobe.com/reader to download and install this application. To uninstall Adobe Reader from your MAC download AppCleaner and follow the directions

• Navigate to the SIRAS website, and open any form in the IEP Manager to see the form has failed to load message

• Go to Safari /Preferences

• Select the Security tab and click on Manage Website Settings…

NOTE: Be sure to navigate to the proper SIRAS web address not sample one listed.

• Select Adobe Reader on the left hand side

• Select the website on the right

• Change the setting from: Ask  to: Allow or Allow Always

• Click Done

• Quit Safari and re-login to SIRAS and test to see if form loads now.
