Mental Health Exercise:
Take a deep breath and focus on the present
“Enjoy where you are”
- Feel and smell the air
- Look at your surroundings examining each detail
- Close your eyes and breath slowly mindfully re-creating your surroundings focusing with each breath.
- Take 30-60 seconds to focus on the present
- Slowly open your eyes and enjoy your quick trip to present tense.
