The Black History Month question of the week is (read slow, loud, and clear):

What American slave led a revolt 1831 that led to a strengthening of the "Black Codes" legislation which forbade slaves from gathering in groups larger than five? Anyone who knows the correct answer should submit their answer to Coach Howell’s office on the fourth floor. Winners will receive an awesome prize.

Speaking of Yummy treats- Today’s National Bun Day! Originally known as “schnecken” and still considered to be a Philadelphia specialty, it is believed that the sticky bun’s origin in the United States began in the 18th century when the German settlers brought baking tradition with them when they began settling near Pennsylvania. Be sure to grab a bun on your way home!
