President Barack Obama on Tuesday (4/2/14) signed H.R. 4302, which was just passed through the Senate Monday, implementing a 12-month patch to the sustainable growth rate payment formula that will prevent deep Medicare payment cuts for physicians and delaying ICD-10 until at least October 1, 2015.
