The CLT Crew House is not intended to be used as a primary full-time live-in residence. We offer commuter accommodations for Airline Personnel while away from their home. If Landlord makes determination that the premises are being used as a primary full-time live-in arrangement, a monthly rent increase may be implemented.
Tenants of The CLT Crew House are prohibited from allowing any non-authorized individuals to occupy their bedroom rental or any other part of the premises.Overnight guests are strictly not permitted.
Crew House Cleaning Guidelines:
The Crew House common areas are cleaned monthly by a cleaning service;
All Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas after each use.
Clean the hair catcher in the shower drain after showering to prevent clogs.
Avoid letting hair from shaving go down the sink or bathtub drain.
Only flush toilet paper down the commode; no flushable wipes or other non-biodegradable materials should be flushed.
Empty trash cans when full or if emitting an unpleasant odor.
Wipe down the stovetop, countertops, and kitchen table after each use.
Clean and put away dirty dishes immediately.
If you make a mess in the microwave or anywhere else, clean it up promptly.
Tenants are responsible for keeping their bedrooms clean.
The Landlord may charge extra rent if there is inadequate cleaning by tenants beyond the monthly common area cleaning service provided.
Sharing of food and kitchen items is between individual agreements with other Crew House Tenants. No Tenant may utilize more than their fair share of common area storage. Periodic checks of the refrigerator and designated shelving spaces in common areas will be conducted by the Landlord or their designee.Any items found to emit unpleasant odors, have expired, spoiled, or appear unsightly will be promptly discarded without prior notification.To prevent bugs, food should not be stored in bedrooms unless it is completely sealed.
To maintain a clean and organized living environment, tenants are prohibited from leaving clothes, shoes, bags, or any personal belongings in the common areas.Additionally, the attic is not to be used as a personal storage space.
Please ensure that laundry is not left unattended in either the washer or dryer.As soon as the washing or drying cycle is complete, promptly remove all clothing and diligently clean out the lint tray.Remember, no one wants to deal with your laundry.
Do not leave appliances unattended while in use. ( stove, washer & dryer, etc. )
Smoking is NOT ALLOWEDinsideThe CLT Crew House.
Use of the fireplace (Upper Level) is not allowed.
Quiet Time; In consideration of your fellow Crew House members, it is essential to maintain a respectful and quiet environment 24/7.Recognizing that individuals have varying work schedules, it is important to be mindful of noise levels.When walking on the upper level, kindly remove your shoes and tread lightly to minimize disturbance for those residing downstairs.
To ensure a peaceful and harmonious living environment, it is essential to maintain a low volume for phone conversations, TV, music, and other audio sources.The thin walls of our shared spaces make it difficult for others to escape unwanted noise.Consider the fact that no one desires to overhear personal conversations, arguments, or loud entertainment coming from your room.Please be respectful of others.
Upon departing The CLT Crew House for any duration, ensure all doors are secured with deadbolts and locked doorknobs.Additionally, all windows must be closed, tightly locked, and have their blinds in the closed position.It's advisable to keep all exterior doors closed and locked at all times even while on the premises.For safety reasons, the key in the deadbolt of the front door upstairs should never be removed from the lock.
Utilize parking spaces in the front and in the back parallel to the building. When parking, if you're the first to arrive, park as far to either side as possible.Subsequent parkers should follow suit, parking beside the previously parked car.Regarding overflow parking, you can park close to the building, in front of the side steps.Ensure you leave sufficient space for others to pass and maintain a safe distance from the vent pipe on the ground near the building.Avoid parking at the end of the driveway, perpendicular to the building, and adjacent to the fence.Parking there makes it challenging for others to reverse out of their parking spaces.
Refrain from making duplicate keys for your room or The Crew House without written authorization from the Landlord.Under no circumstances should you leave keys unattended and hidden outside or around the exterior of The CLT Crew House. If hidden keys are found, Landlord may terminate that individual's rental agreement.
At The CLT Crew House, MarkAllen Enterprises, Inc., its owners, and the Landlord assume no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any valuables or personal belongings that Crew House Tenants choose to store or maintain on the premises.
At The CLT Crew House, MarkAllen Enterprises, Inc., its owners, and the Landlord are not accountable for resolving conflicts between tenants.
Crew House Tenants should never remove any common items provided to them from the property.These items should only be used for their intended purpose and should not be repurposed for any other use.
Outdoor porch lights and inside hall lights should be left on 24 / 7.
At The CLT Crew House, we strive to maintain a comfortable temperature for everyone.Please be mindful of other Crew Housemates when adjusting the thermostat from its pre-programmed settings.Consider that individuals may have varying comfort levels, and different bedrooms may have different temperatures.The thermostat is designed to self-adjust throughout the day and night to ensure a comfortable environment for most while optimizing energy efficiency.Adjusting the thermostat from its current settings should be rarely necessary.
Individuals who display disrespect towards fellow Crew House Tenants or the Landlord, or who fail to adhere to the established rules and policies, may face immediate termination of their individual rental agreements.In such cases, they will be required to vacate the premises promptly.
For the well-being of your fellow crew housemates, promptly notify the Landlord if any maintenance issues arise.It's crucial to address problems early on to prevent them from escalating.Additionally, if you accidentally damage something, please have the integrity to inform the Landlord.This transparency will help maintain a comfortable living environment for everyone involved.
Rent payments must be made on time, and late payments are subject to penalties.We encourage all tenants to make their rent payments online.This method is secure, convenient, and can be done from anywhere with an internet connection.Plus, it's free if you pay from your checking account.
