Course Content

Bu ders kurum içi ve kurumlar arası yönetim süreçlerinin teorik ve pratik kapsamı ile ilgilenmektedir. Dersin temel vurgusu çalışanların yönetim ve örgüt kavramları kapsamında tanımlanmış diğer olgulara nasıl anlam yükledikleri ve bu anlamların hangi dinamiklere göre şekillendiği üzerinedir. Konulari; seminerler, tartışmalar, örnek vaka çalışmaları gibi çeşitli öğrenme araçları ve metotları ile işlenmektedir.

This subject is concerned with the theories and practices critical to the act of managing and organizing. The emphasis is on how people make sense of managing, management, organizing, and organizations. The subject relies upon a range of teaching tools and methods, including seminar discussions and debates, the use of multimedia, case studies, role plays, exercises, and guest lectures.
