What is Enchanted Sips, and what can I expect?
Enchanted Sips is a unique wizard-themed cocktail masterclass where you’ll become a master of mixology, crafting homemade cocktails or mocktails while enjoying a live performance from a talented actor.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
How many cocktails are included with my ticket?
You will be making and tasting 3 cocktails.
Can I purchase additional drinks on-site beyond the ones included with my ticket?
Yes, there is a bar on-site where you can purchase further beverages during and after the experience.
Will food be available for purchase on-site?
No food will be available for purchase on-site.
Do I need to bring my own supplies?
No, all necessary supplies will be provided.
I have never taken a mixology class before. Do I need any prior skills?
No, this experience is suitable for all skill levels.
Do I need to wear special clothing?
No special clothing is required.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
What if I don’t drink alcohol?
You can still participate and make "wizardly" mocktails. Please inform our on-site team so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No need to print anything. You only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are permitted. However, exchanges to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the original event start time, subject to availability. Please contact us directly for assistance with changing your ticket.
Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available on the Fever App (Google Play and Apple Store) and on the Fever website.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private or large group sessions, please click here.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
No, tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR code ticket in the Fever app within the "Tickets" section. If you haven’t downloaded the app, it’s available on Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the account you used to buy the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers can attend the event for free by showing appropriate documentation at the entrance. Some accepted documents include:
Please note, the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Canvases and materials will only be available for ticket holders.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this event is for ages 18 and over. Attendees may be asked to show a valid ID to verify their age upon entry.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 20 minutes before the start of the experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is allowed, as it would disrupt the flow of the class for other attendees.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, toilets are available on-site and are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
What is the venue?
The venue is Hocus Pocus - Alchemy Bar, The Megaro Hotel, 1 Belgrove Street, London WC1H 8AB.
Is parking available on-site?
There is no parking available on-site.
Are service animals allowed at the venue?
Yes, service animals are welcome. However, other pets or animals are not permitted.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not allowed at the venue.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the venue is air-conditioned.
Is there a cloakroom or lockers on-site?
No, there is neither a cloakroom nor lockers available. However, there will be space next to your tables or at the corners of the room where you can leave your coats and belongings during the experience.
What should I do if I leave something behind at the venue?
If you leave any belongings behind, start by phoning the venue or visiting in person to check if your item has been found. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact us so we can liaise with the venue and arrange for you to pick up your item.
