SUBJECT: May 25 - Solarize Plano Project Communications Update - Phase 1 Contracting Phase complete!

Greetings to all on this Memorial Day weekend. We hope you are having some great outdoor fun and taking time to remember the importance of this special holiday.

This project status email is being sent to 2014 Solarize Plano Project participants that have enrolled, interested volunteers, the selected solar installation company, and related city & utility staff contacts . This communications update includes:

1. Phase 1 contracting status - Congratulations!

We have now completed phase 1 of our 2014 Solarize Plano Project contracting phase. We had 15 committed participants totaling 83.3 kW of solar to be installed! Congratulations! All committed participants have Oncor incentive funds reserved, and interconnection applications are in process. Axium Solar will begin placing PO’s for material after the holiday weekend and will begin the permitting process in early June. They anticipate starting installations for Solarize projects the last week of June!

Last day to enroll in Phase 2 is now July 15, 2014.
Last day to complete the Phase 2 2014 Decision Point 2 Form Questionnaire is now July 23, 2014.
Last day to sign a Phase 2 contract is July 31, 2014.
