            Terms of Service

Commission Information:

Availability: Check Here! I may accept hours in stream but that’s only if I’m not booked in Advanced.

Price: $15 per hour

Private Commission Fee: +$5 more per hour

If a picture takes longer than the estimated time we can schedule another stream to finish.

Estimates: Please understand that the following list contains estimates of time required to finish a drawing. Actual time to completion will vary (i.e. a nude character will take me a lot less time than a character in a complicated outfit, etc). If you let me know what you want before the stream it will give me time to prepare, and could help decrease time dramatically.

• 3-4 figures sketches an hour
• simple lineart takes about half an hour per figure
• detailed lineart can take 30-60 minutes per figure
• flat or simple coloring takes from 20-40 minutes per figure
• detailed coloring can take from 40-80 minutes per figure
• Certain details may require more time than the above estimates. Such details may include: complicated clothing, detailed muscles, mechas, detailed machinery, dynamic angles, unusual or detailed perspectives ect… 

If you would like an estimate regarding your specific commission, feel free to send me a note with a description of what you'd like.

Basic Breakdown:

• -I will be timing each stream pausing for questions if I dont have mic on.
• I use picarto.tv for public streams and join.me for private
•  I may take a few breaks during the stream you will not be charged for this time.
•  Any stream lasting over 6 hours will be interrupted for at least half an hour to eat, use the restroom, stretch, etc.
• Stream must last at least an hour unless I am doing half hour promos.

Stream Rules:

• No Roleplaying in chat
• Streams are automatically public and done via picarto.tv unless otherwise specified
• Feel free to invite friends (if private stream only Up to eight (8) people may be invited due to join.me limitations)

Payment:

• Paypal Only
• Payment is required prior to stream starting.
• You will not receive any files until the stream is paid in full.

Cancellation/Tardiness:

• You may cancel your scheduled stream at any time up until the scheduled beginning.
• If you cancel with me properly by noting me before the stream starts I will refund any payments you made in advance.
• If you no show without informing me I will wait for one hour, and you will receive a refund minus the hour I waited for you.
• If you cannot pay on the day of the stream, the stream will be either cancelled or postponed unless you've made arrangements with me ahead of time. If the stream is cancelled any payments made in advance will be refunded.

Rights and Ownership:

• I retain  complete ownership of copyright for all the images I make.
• Commissioner may redistribute my images for non commercial personal use, but must always credit and link back to my page.
• Also commissioner must wait until after I’ve posted the images on one of my websites before they can post on theirs.
• Commissioner will receive both high resolution and low resolution images of work done for you. You may not post the high resolution image(s) anywhere; however the low resolution images may be posted.
• Commissioner may not edit or crop my images for anything other than personal icons.
• -Commissioner may not remove my signature or my logo from the image under any circumstances.
