I am desired by Mr Harcourt^[1] to inform you that he has received an artist's proof, signed by you, of Mr Oakley Williams's reproduction of your portrait of the late Mr Alfred Lyttelton [6127]. Mr Harcourt is most grateful for the picture, which will take its place in the gallery of Secretaries of State which is maintained at the Colonial Office
