Your YouTube videos will not be accessible through King’s filter until you’ve created a YouTube Channel for YouTube for Schools.

To embed on FinalSite, you’ll need the URL for the Channel or Playlist you wish to embed

1. Sign in to YouTube with your King Google account.

2. Click your Channel name at the top of the left menu

3a. For your Channel URL, simply copy the URL at the top of your screen after clicking your channel name.

3b-1. Alternatively, for your specific Playlist URL, click “Playlists” on the left menu

3b-2. Click the title of the desired playlist:

3b-3. Click “Share”

3b-4. Copy the URL that appears in the box:

4. Open up your class’s Groups Space Home page on FinalSite, and click “Customize”:

5. Select YouTube from the Customize menu

 YouTube will now appear in one of the columns. Click “Apply”

6. The YouTube box now appears on your Home page. Click “settings” to configure:

7. Use the radio buttons to choose whether you are embedding a Channel or a Playlist

8. Paste the Playlist or Channel URL in the box, choose from the dropdown how many videos you wish to display, and click “Update”

And voila! Your YouTube playlist or channel is embedded in your FinalSite page, and viewable by your students on campus or off!
