Healthy lunch boxes need to include a piece of fruit, vegetables and a sensible piece of dairy.

Monday

Apple, carrot, oaty slices bar/muesli bar, sour cream and chives crackers and a wrap with lettuce, hummus, ham, tomato and cucumber.

Tuesday

Carrot sticks, marmite and cheese sandwich*, fruit salad, cut up salami, chocolate covered raisins and pretzels.

Wednesday

Fruit kebab, lettuce, hummus, salami and tomato sandwich,  oaty slices bar/muesli bar, dried mango, cooked corn and rice crackers.

Thursday

Sushi, orange, cut up cucumber, salty popcorn, nuts, pineapple and homemade muffin

Friday

Pita bread with hummus, salami, lettuce and tomato, cooked corn, banana, rice crackers and sweet popcorn.

*All the sandwiches are made from wholemeal bread.
