1. Welcome & Introductions-Big thanks to our staff reps- Rebecca Alperin, Matt Allen, and Vickie Daley; Tiffany Warren, Amelia Epperson, Liz Janusz, Miel Rim, Lauren Copeland, Kayla Yokono, Amanda Vialpando, Danielle Zollinger, Sarah Henrie, Laura Regele and Lisa Euler

2. Updates

1. Principal- need one EA, September is really busy with testing, etc…, Amelia will resend out staff t-shirt requests, t-shirts are $5
2. Budget- current balance 37817.32, teachers are submitting requests for refunds
3. Parent Council - Amanda Vialpando and Kayla Yokono, Liz will send out email

3. Upcoming Events

1. Tiger Trot-September 27th

2. Brittany is taking on schedule and will finish by Friday, September 6th

6. Discuss Incentives

1. Goal: $15,000
2. $5,000: every student gets a sticker; can Aspen Tiger hand out stickers?

1. Buy tiger stickers (or make them)

      (3) $7,500: Dance party for entire school played over intercom. During morning announcements? Pick two songs.

      (4) $10,000: Staff dressing up

1. Have some staff take pictures in costumes to advertise and incentivize?

      (5) $12,500: Teacher for each lunch period gets pied in the face? Pie in the face by Liz. During lunch time, outside by picnic tables?

1. Lunch schedule: First lunch 1st and 3rd > Kinder and 2nd > 6th grade comes halfway through > 4th and 5th come in while 6th grade finishes
2. Put posters around school to get kids excited
3. Matt will take pictures this weekend for poster

     (6) $15,000: Popcorn baggie for all students?

1. Yearbook committee: recruiting 6th graders, sent out application, need teacher recommendations, pick 10 students, meetings will be held during lunch and recess
