30 Session Challenge Training Log        

Rules:

·          Take a before picture (cell phone pics are ok & you’re not required to share it).

·          Complete 30 sessions in 4 to 8 weeks.

·          Sessions as short as 10 min count but for best results aim for 60 min.

·          Any Pilates workout counts - in a studio, using Pilatesology, or on your own.

·          Work out every other day or up to 6x per week maximum.
